Blake Christiana of Yarn
Blake Christiana is the frontman and songwriter for Yarn, the 4 time Grammy nominated alt-country rock band based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Until the Corona pandemic hit, the band relentlessly toured and Blake tells stories or Yarns often based on the trials and tribulations of life in America. Yarn songs often depict the challenges and setbacks and the perseverance of the human spirit. Yarn began as the house band at the legendary Greenwich Village club, Kenny’s Castaway where they became a tight-knit, almost musically clairvoyant ensemble. Blake shares with us the back story on his songs Abilene, Take Me First, Luanne, Hard Times, Bar Down The Road, and New York City Found.
