Phillip White and D. Vincent Williams wrote “I’m Movin’ On” and it was released in October 2011 as the fourth and final single on the Rascal Flatt’s first self-titled debut album. The song reached number 4 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country charts in 2002. The song won the Song of the Year Award at 2002 Academy of Country Music Awards.
